Staff professionals also compete for honors in the Merit Award Competition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lawson is thrilled to share our 2021 CMHC Awards of Excellence winners:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MERIT AWARD WINNERS<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Devona Gunn,<\/strong>&nbsp;Regional Property Manager of the Year&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Christina Montgomery<\/strong>, Property Manager of the Year&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>John Knox Towers,<\/strong>&nbsp;Runner-Up, Residents\u2019&nbsp;Choice&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE WINNERS<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Campostella&nbsp;Commons,<\/strong>&nbsp;Gold Award, Communities completed between 1990-1999&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Chartwell,<\/strong>&nbsp;Gold Award, Communities completed between 1975-1979&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>John Knox Towers,<\/strong>&nbsp;Gold Award, Senior communities completed before 2000&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>The Retreat at Harbor Pointe,&nbsp;<\/strong>Gold Award, Communities completed as of 2020 or later&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Merrimack Landing,<\/strong>&nbsp;Silver Award, Communities completed between 1940-1949&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Greenlakes,<\/strong>&nbsp;Bronze Award, Communities completed between 1975-1979&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PLATINUM AWARD WINNERS<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>Ninety-Five communities competed for&nbsp;Platinum&nbsp;Awards&nbsp;recognizing&nbsp;specific components of an apartment community.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Chartwell,&nbsp;<\/strong>Runner-Up, Best Maintenance Shop&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CMHC Awards also recognize recent graduates of RAM (Registered Apartment Management) School. The graduates completed a two-week basic RAM training program in on-site management, the first step to acquiring the RAM designation, a Department of Housing and Urban Development-approved certification program. We\u2019re&nbsp;pleased&nbsp;to recognize the hard work of Lawson\u2019s recent RAM graduates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LAWSON 2021 RAM SCHOOL GRADUATES<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Danielle Emerson, Harpers Square&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Elizabeth Mata, Alexander at 1090&nbsp;<\/li><li>Megan Mendez, Baker Woods and Summer Haven&nbsp;<\/li><li>Jazz\u2019ma&nbsp;Tavers, Oakmont North&nbsp;<\/li><li>Shaquille Whitlock, Belle Summit&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lawson Realty Corp. President, Susan Glancy said, \u201cLawson was well represented at the CMHC awards and we\u2019re grateful to our team members for their outstanding performance and dedication.
