Viridiant partners with builders and developers to create sustainable, affordable, energy-efficient homes, primarily under EarthCraft certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the past 8 years, Lawson has developed or renovated 823 EarthCraft Certified apartment units with an additional 120 currently in development or under construction. The EarthCraft program provides guidance for sustainable green development with low environmental impact.
