Projects eligible for the 2021 competition were completed between June 2020 and August 2021. The entries were judged by a panel of out-of-state professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Retreat at Harbor Pointe is a 100% affordable 246-unit LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) community providing upscale living to low-income families and includes apartments reserved for residents with physical and developmental disabilities. Fifty units at The Retreat are set aside for Section 8 Project Based Voucher holders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Retreat at Harbor Pointe is located on Norfolk\u2019s historic Elizabeth River waterfront and features luxury amenities including a resort-style swimming pool with river views, modern fitness center, community clubhouse, and an elevated riverfront boardwalk.
