Additionally, she acts as the operational liaison with in-house development, construction, property operations, and corporate teams to ensure the success of new multifamily development projects from planning through lease-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posey is a national multifamily keynote and education speaker, a faculty member at the National Apartment Association Education Institute, and a regular contributor to industry trade publications. She was a returning speaker at the 2022 Virginia Apartment Management Association Conference in Norfolk, VA presenting the topic, \u201cProfessional Networking \u2013 The Why, The What, &amp; The How: Building genuine relationships while expanding your professional reach\u201d.
