The awards recognize and celebrate successful young professionals making a difference in their industries and our Coastal Virginia community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sexauer, 26, is accountable for sourcing Lawson\u2019s new development projects, evaluating financial feasibility, conceptual project design, the entitlement process, broker and seller relationships, and contract management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with concentrations in Finance, Business Management, &amp; Real Estate, with a Minor in Social Entrepreneurship from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flowers, 26, is primarily accountable for third-party due diligence, architectural and civil design management, green building program implementation, permitting, and owner\u2019s representative during construction. She earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in American Studies with a minor in urban and environmental planning and focus on race relations from the University of Virginia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019re incredibly fortunate to have bright, hard-working young professionals like Will and Morgan on our team,\u201d said Lawson CFO and acting Director of Development, Aaron Phipps. \u201cThey\u2019re extremely important to Lawson\u2019s current and future success and we look forward to their continued growth with the company.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ABOUT LAWSON<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Lawson, we understand that what we do \u2013 and how we do it \u2013 affects the everyday lives of people we care about.
