Flowers began her career at Lawson in April 2020 as Development Coordinator and was promoted to Development Associate in July 2022.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMorgan has demonstrated immense value to our team since day one.\u201d, said Lawson SVP and acting Director of Development, Aaron Phipps. \u201cWe value her outstanding work ethic, commitment to getting jobs done well and on-time, and her clear alignment with our company core values.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMorgan has shown a true dedication to positively impacting people through the creation of affordable housing.\u201d, added Lawson Senior Development Manager, Austin Pittman. \u201cWe look forward to her continued impact.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flowers earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in American Studies with a minor in urban and environmental planning and focus on race relations from the University of Virginia.
