Her retirement marks the culmination of a distinguished career dedicated to financial stewardship, operational excellence, and service to the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since joining Lawson in 2014, Gavrish has played a vital role in overseeing the company&#8217;s accounting and financial reporting functions, supporting the continued growth of Lawson&#8217;s development, construction, and property management operations. Throughout her tenure, she became known not only for her technical expertise but also for her commitment to mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative culture within the accounting department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Annette&#8217;s contributions to Lawson have been immeasurable,&#8221; said Aaron Phipps, Lawson President and CEO. &#8220;She has provided exceptional leadership, integrity, and financial expertise that have helped position our company for long-term success. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Annette has been a trusted colleague, mentor, and friend to many across our organization. We are deeply grateful for her service and wish her every happiness in retirement.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reflecting on her retirement, Gavrish expressed gratitude for her time with the company, and confidence in her team to carry the company into the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to have spent the past 11 years with Lawson,&#8221; said Gavrish. &#8220;Working alongside such talented and dedicated colleagues has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I leave knowing that Lawson is in capable hands and well-positioned for continued success.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of a planned leadership transition, Katherine Bradshaw, CPA, has assumed the role of Controller.
