Aaron Phipps
President and CEO

Aaron Phipps is President and CEO at Lawson.  He is a seasoned real estate professional with more than two decades of real estate, private equity, and corporate accounting experience.  His real estate experience includes extensive involvement of acquisition, disposition, equity offering, and debt financing transactions along with oversight of accounting and financial reporting for both private and publicly traded companies.  Aaron has worked in both the investment real estate and private equity industries, focusing in debt & equity structuring, underwriting, recapitalizations and joint ventures.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Purdue University.
