Louie is a seasoned construction executive specializing in process optimization, team member safety, building quality, and efficiency. He holds an MBA from Liberty University and class A residential and commercial builder license with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. Louie currently serves as chairman of the Virginia Board of Housing and Community Development on an appointment by Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin.
